Family Day at Bob’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch

It is pretty clear that Halloween and pumpkin patch season is over, however, I don’t think it’s too late to share some family photos from our recent visit from last week. Last year, Gabriel didn’t know how to walk yet and had to be worn in a carrier. (See my post from last year’s visit to the pumpkin patch here!) Now that he can walk (and run- lol), it was a completely different experience. We decided to check out a different farm this year, Bob’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch. Today I’m sharing a bunch of candid photos from our family day because let’s be honest, it’s so hard to get a toddler to stay still for photos! lol.

Just me and my little love bug exploring the farm.

Daddy and son hanging out outside the corn maze. We did not attempt the maze since it was almost Gabriel’s nap time and we didn’t want to be stuck in the maze during a meltdown. lol. I think they have a kid maze, which is something we can check out in the future.

We lucked out with the weather because it was such a beautiful day. The farm actually flooded the prior week!

This was just one of the many failed attempts to get Gabriel to pose for a picture! Look at his dirty knees! He fell a few times while running through the pumpkin patch. Good thing we brought an extra set of clothes with us!

This is definitely one of my favorite photos of my husband and son. I love the gorgeous backdrop. I’m thinking about printing this one out. 🙂

Thank you so much for checking out my candid family photos! As a blogger, sometimes I feel like there’s so much pressure to get the perfect photo with the perfect pose and lighting, and it’s so refreshing to not worry about that kind of stuff sometimes. I plan on posting more candid family shots in the future, so be sure to stay tuned!

Pumpkins are my favourite symbol for fall. I enjoy seeing the pumpkin fields along the roads and really like hot pumpkin-carrot soup on cold and dark days.

What a cutie pie! I really wanted to go to a pumpkin patch this year, but got too busy with work. It’s the best way to celebrate fall!
