Mic check, mic check! Is this thing on?! Well, it’s been a while since I’ve updated my blog, hasn’t it?! I took a much needed break and I am so glad I did because I feel so refreshed and excited to be back! Although I’ve been away from my blog, I was still active on my social media accounts and some of you may have noticed that I recently took a trip to Vancouver, BC. I like how it’s within driving distance from Seattle. The last time we went, we were only there for a day trip. This time we decided to spend two nights there. I had a really great time and I wanted to share some photos with you!
What I love about Vancouver is that it is so beautiful. I love any city that is next to water. There’s just something about water that makes me feel so calm and peaceful. Maybe that’s why I love Seattle too!
Here is my photographer and his little helper. 😉 We tried to do a photoshoot to capture the gorgeous backdrop but our little guy just wasn’t having it. I guess he was just too excited to go inside the Telus World of Science. 🙂
I am so glad that we were able to go to the Telus World of Science because there are lots of hands-on displays that are fun for kids and adults! There were so many exhibits and unfortunately we weren’t able to see them all but it is a place that I’d like to check out again in the future.
I really enjoyed walking through downtown and admiring all of the amazing buildings. Vancouver has a beautiful mix of old and modern architecture. We spent our last day having lunch, shopping, and exploring the city. I like how Vancouver is so walkable- just make sure you have comfy shoes on! 🙂
I hope you enjoyed my photos! Stay tuned for another Vancouver post in the near future!
