Rainbow Peanut Butter Granola Bites

Hello friends! Hope you’re doing well. I have a fun recipe for you today! I would like to introduce to you my rainbow peanut butter granola bites. They are so easy to make that even kids will find it fun to help with!

What I like most about these granola bites are the sprinkles! You can use rainbow sprinkles or any colors you’d like. For example, if I were to make these for a boy’s baby shower, I would choose blue sprinkles to match the theme.

Anyway, read on for the recipe!

Ingredients:
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons sprinkles
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peanut butter chips
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and thoroughly mix together.

2. Wet your hands and roll the mixed ingredients into 1 inch balls, making about 15 balls.

3. Store in an air tight container and let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you can enjoy your granola bites! (Make sure you restore any leftovers back in the fridge for up to a week.)

And there you have it! I hope you give this recipe a try! You can enjoy these at home or pack them with you when you’re on the go.

What is your favorite snack or treat?
