5 Ways to Feel Refreshed

Hi friends! Hope you’re having a great day! I have some quick tips for you today which includes 5 ways to feel refreshed. Most of us live busy lives and are always on the go. Why not take a few minutes to freshen up and feel good? Below are things that definitely help me!

Ok, let’s start off with the obvious. As a mom to a newborn baby, I need my coffee and I need it every. single. day! I really don’t think you can pay me enough to go cold turkey and give up on it completely. Nothing beats a nice hot cup of coffee to rejuvenate me and start my day!

Fruit Infused Water

Not a coffee person? Try a glass of fruit infused water. You can either use a fruit infused bottle or a simple glass with a straw works perfectly too. All you need to do is fill a glass with water and add whatever you like for some extra flavor, such as frozen berries, citrus fruits, or even mint leaves. Let it steep for about 10 minutes or longer for the magic to happen. Here I have a mason jar with water and frozen berries and cucumber slices. It reminds me of the spa and I love how cool and refreshing it tastes!

MAC Fix+ Spray

I have been using this stuff for years! Not only is it a great makeup setting spray but it also feels amazing to spritz on your face throughout the day for a quick energy pick up. You can pour it in a travel size spray bottle and keep it in your purse so that you can always have MAC Fix+ with you on the go.

Origins Peace of Mind

Origins Peace of Mind provides on the spot relief when you’re having a long day and just need a break. Apply a couple dabs to your temples or neck and inhale and exhale deeply as you breathe in the peppermint scent and feel a tingling sensation. This is another small product that you can throw in your purse and always have with you.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo

This is, hands down, the BEST dry shampoo I have ever used! It is a bit of a splurge but I think it is well worth the price. As we all know, one of the best ways to keep your hair healthy is to not wash it everyday. This dry shampoo makes my hair soft and doesn’t leave any grease behind like other brands I have tried. You can then style your hair as usual. Living Proof dry shampoo is a great product to use to freshen up your hair!

What makes you feel refreshed? I would love to hear your ideas!

Coffee always makes me feel better, and so does spawater like we like to call it <3
Dry shampoo is also a must on those lazy days. I just use baby-powder instead, but the one without aluminium.

I’ve never used baby powder but I heard it’s a great alternative for dry shampoo. 🙂

I’m very intrigue in using the dry shampoo, but I can’t decided which to try. Better try living proof, I’ll just close my eyes for the price 🙂 Thanks for sharing.

I’ve tried some less pricey brands and unfortunately they didn’t work well for me. Living Proof really does work well and does wonders for my hair!
